He has experience across multiple industries, having worked with the FDA, NASA, Fortune 50 oil & gas companies, and project management experts to drive software and analytics forward for nearly 20 years. Chris, in particular, is passionate about bringing together health and technology experts.

Diana Han, MD

Diana is Executive Director, Global Healthcare for GE Appliances, a Haier company. She leads the team responsible for strategy and operations of health and leave benefits, onsite delivery of primary care and occupational health services, and employee wellbeing and health promotion programs. Prior to joining GE Appliances, Diana enjoyed a wide-ranging career in healthcare consulting, clinical practice, and healthcare administration at a series of leading institutions, including Partners Healthcare, Leerink Swann, the Advisory Board Company, Carewise, Baptist Health, and Humana. Diana trained in Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, a teaching institution of Harvard Medical School, and received her medical degree from the Honors Program in Medical Education (HPME) at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.

Justin Dietz, FSA

Justin is a benefits consultant with Willis Towers Watson and works with his clients to develop and implement their benefit strategies to best attract, retain and engage employees. He has experience in various aspects of benefits plans, financial management and a broad range of benefits topics, including valuation of benefit program comparisons in a total rewards context, active health care plan management, health care financial reporting, carrier sourcing, and union negotiations. In his 15+ years’ experience, he has also worked with companies on M&A agreements and sale transition work and with a variety of industries including aerospace, finance, high tech, manufacturing, and hospitals.

Steve Purkapile, GBA

Steve has been in the insurance industry for 30 years. He has expertise with self-funded plans and Stop-Loss insurance. His focus in recent years has been on data analytics which he uses to recommend and assist in implementing measurable health plan management (wellness) solutions. Steve has been able to share this research through speaking engagements and articles. He has also written several articles on the financial impact and challenges facing employers related to Healthcare Reform. Steve obtained a Liberal Arts degree from Ambassador University in Pasadena, California. He has his GBA certificate from IFEBP as well as his FMLI certificate from LOMA.
