Rance Hutchings received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Washington in 2000. He is the president and founder of Intermountain Drug Consulting, P.C. – a pharmacy consulting firm specializing in cost-containment and improved patient outcomes, saving his clients hundreds of millions of dollars. Rance also served eight years on the federal Beneficiary Advisory Panel in Washington, D.C. assessing recommendations for the U.S. Department of Defense Uniform Formulary. He was also an adjunct professor of Pharmacology at Brigham Young University Nurse Practitioner Program. As the Chief Clinical Officer for Artemis Health, he’s helping self-insured employers and benefit advisers recognize wasteful and inefficient prescribing, analyze claims data, and shape pharmacy benefit strategies.
As the head of New Products at Artemis Health, Chris Savoie works with product management, user experience, and health analytics experts to meet the needs of benefits teams today and anticipate their needs in the future. He has experience across multiple industries, having worked with the FDA, NASA, Fortune 50 oil & gas companies, and project management experts to drive software and analytics forward for nearly 20 years. Chris, in particular, is passionate about bringing together health and technology experts.
Kim Stagner is a member of Artemis Health's clinical support team. She comes to Artemis with over 35 years’ experience in nursing with a background in hospital, home health, and a variety of health plan positions. Her focus has been in case management and clinical quality including HEDIS reporting, obtaining national certification for the plan, and a variety of quality improvement projects. She brings to Artemis her knowledge to assist in developing information that helps our customers use data to make educated decisions around healthcare resources. She is currently on the Faculty for Honoring Choices Pacific Northwest, an organization in Washington State that focuses on honoring an individual’s wishes for the care they want or do not want and promoting public education about advance care planning. As a native resident of Washington, she enjoys kayaking in Puget Sound, hiking, and raising chickens in her backyard.
