Rachael is a Senior Director and North American Health & Benefits Diversity, Equity and Inclusion DEI practice leader. She is affiliated with the WTW Philadelphia office and has over 20 years of experience. Her work in recent years has been primarily focused on supporting employers' DEI, talent and sustainability strategies and commitments and the role that benefits can play. This includes wellbeing, equity, the influence of Social Determinants of Health (SDoH), caregiving needs and how future ways of working will play a role in how employers manage risk and total rewards that enable their employees and business to thrive. This includes employers with US employees, and exploring application to their global footprint.
Ryan Bojrab, DPT, is an experienced healthcare professional with a background in healthcare administration, clinical musculoskeletal pathology, disease prevention, well-being programming, health analytics, consulting, and benefits. With over ten years of experience, he has worked in various settings, including healthcare systems, occupational health clinics, digital health start-ups and health & welfare benefits advisory firms. After working directly with patients and employees, Ryan joined Artemis Health, where he serves as the Director of Product, Clinical, and turned his focus to population and employer health to achieve a greater impact on health outcomes.
