She began in HR working for growth- and expansion-stage biotech and pharmaceutical companies in Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS. She has also worked in global Benefits roles for a consulting firm and now tech/retail.

Julia Givens is a Benefits Manager at Wayfair's corporate headquarters in Boston. In her role, she actively works to bridge the benefits knowledge gap between Wayfair's corporate and field employees by collaborating with HR teams and partners across North America. Julia received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and began her career in HR as an admin for a fast-growing biotech company. She continued her HR career in with roles in Benefits & Operations at an e-commerce company and at a cloud-based software company before joining Wayfair's team in 2019.
