I’ve worked in customer experience in one way or another for my entire career. Whether it was building great software, managing complex implementations, or working with customers to define what success is to them, I’ve dedicated my career to ensuring a great experience for customers. It’s a passion for me. I believe any organization that puts the needs, desires, and experiences of customers first is one that will succeed.
Now think about the last time you visited the doctor, whether it was for a scheduled check-up or an emergency. What was the customer experience like? Did your needs come first? Were you satisfied with the outcome? Was the experience designed around you?
